had my first driving lesson this morning. learnt about the car and its controls from old mr. tan in mainly mandarin with a few english words (how i comprehend his language was amazing). then, it was the clutch and 1st gear (yes, i’m learning the manual car). accelerated a little. did a few rounds in the carpark. learnt to brake using the clutch [by releasing it slowly] and the brake pedal [a little of it]. stalled the engine a few times (wahhahhha!!!) before hitting the road (yayyyy!!!). drove to kembangan and back to eunos. estimation of milege: about 6km. 
of ‘cos, i was mainly on 1st gear, with a bit of 2nd gear, and in the left lane. how exciting! but i seriously don’t think i could had handle it well if mr. tan wasn’t there. lol! that’s why he’s the instructor and i’m the student.
revision: 3 uses of the clutch - 1. for moving off. 2. for changing gears. 3. for stopping.
received news that my driving practical lesson *test is on 19th sep, friday morning. i wonder what else will be on that day.

sigh sigh sigh… i applied for the Provisional Driving Licence (PDL) yesterday but i have yet to decide on which driving school to learn from. !!! help!!! soon tien or comfort ??? help!!! any comments/suggestions?
on a lighter note, evan-chan won a pair of tickets yesterday to the premiere of Narnia’s Prince Caspian film and we went yesterday. it was … interesting. i shall not spoil it all for you ‘cos it will be officially released in sg on the 29th. bleh. 
but i highly recommend it to you to go watch it.
p.s: i want the narnia: prince caspian ost for christmas.

I hope I had passed my final recital last wednesday as I was feeling less nervous than usual during the performance. I was and I am sure that God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit and all the heavenly hose were with me that time. Hence, I wasn’t afraid. Since I had confidence that God was with me, then why am I contradicting myself and being ‘unsure’? I guess I’m just taking precautions. Damn. I hate it whenever I totally contradict myself. How irritating. Anyway, I am now unofficially no longer a student of NAFA. Sigh. So sad. 
I feel lousy just by thinking about the past 3 years. No mood to write.

aaarrrrgggghhhhhhhhh…!!! bloody hell!!! the more i practice, the worse it gets! somehow. anyway, i shall leave it as that and practice again in the morning before going to school. time to relax by watching a few more episodes of GTO the anime.

there is a local language that i want to learn and it happens to be malay.
my dad speaks market/kampong malay. my mum learned the language but she didn’t enter it for her o’levels. so there.
by the way, with the help of a dictionary, i managed to string some words into something comprehensible. check out enx’s tagboard. lol!

remember what i wrote in my previous entry? about my clothes, my wardrobe, and my clothes in my wardrobe? well… i discovered an old pair of black jeans which i didn’t wear in many years. so, i tried in on only just this evening and it fit, not including the few struggles and wiggles i had to go through. anyway, it is now my pair of skinny jeans. hha! looks like i got a lot of work to do in two days in order to have it nicely worn on me. bleh. don’t understand? it’s okay ‘cos i don’t intend to have you understand what i’m saying. if you do, then, good for you!
have been in a rhymning mode lately. here’s one i thought of when i was off to the toilet.
oh my gosh! i have to pee/ that’s the result of having too much tea.
hhahhahha!!! yeah. i know. i’m slightly off my rocker.
anyway, i’m going to watch Great Teacher Onizuka [GTO]. i highly recommend this to all teachers; past, present and going-to-be. just don’t mind the panty shots.
