2. Ipod suitable earphones. Colour: preferably blue, silver or white. Thanks Char for getting this for me! 

3. Logitech Optical Mouse (small) Thanks LH for getting this for me!

4. Muji’s slim and clear paper perforater a.k.a paper punch, the type that can be kept in a ring file. Or something similar. Thanks Juls for getting this for me!

 5. Those lovely Tintin wall tiles (decorations). Last seen at Chinatown in a street stall.

6. PSP slim Garskin black-and-white floral design. Last seen at Sony shops.

7. Kimidolls products. Cute Japanese kimono-clad wooden dolls. Last seen at Precious Moments (??? or is it Precious Thoughts??? Precious Thots??? aiya! you get the idea where) shops.

8. Forever Friends mousepad with attached wrist rest. The green one looks nicer than the yellow. The blue one seems too weird for me to own. Thanks Enx for getting this for me!

9. Striped brown Commodite bag. Last seen at Robinson’s. Thanks Evan for getting this for me!

10. Japanese wines i.e. sake & sho-chu. Preferably light in taste.  Choya wines are most welcomed. Or any type of wines.

11. Those lovely paper Stacks (in stacks of 48pages) from that lovely scrape-booking shop at Plaza Singapura called ‘Made With Love’. Note: I got for myself the ‘Oriental’ stack.

Via, Veritas, Vita (Reprise)

There is one thing absolutely beautiful about shopping alone. Yes. You heard correctly. Alone. You get to get things done quickly and also you get to see the things you like without worrying about others (as in when you shop with someone else). Alright, my mistake. It is actually two things. So, yes, I shopped alone this afternoon  after “work”; getting wine glasses and other types of glasses at Ikea Tampines for this sunday’s lunch,which leads me to another point and that is there is one thing good about “working” at S*C.  All I have to do is to hop onto the shuttle bus at the bus-stop outside the Bedok bus interchange and voila! I am on my way to Ikea Tampines! Yay!!! Haha!

Yes. Today was my first day back at S*C. What we 8 trainees did were to sit around and listen to the senior teachers talk about the school, the culture, how things are done, so on and so forth. Well, it was an induction programme. We will probably be introduced to the school tomorrow at the morning assembly by either the P or VP as both were not in this morning. I got my timetable and to say that I am disappointed with it is an understatement. I am very disappointed as I got all the Sec. 1 classes. What happened to the Sec. 2s??? Oh well… I shall ask my CT about it tomorrow and another thing is that I am not slotted to teach on Wednesdays and Fridays. I wonder… Is that good news of bad? OH OH!!! We trainees will most likely help out with the CAs invigilations from tomorrow.  It will be an even longer day tomorrow as there will be a staff meeting in the afternoon followed by a specific software training programme. I am feeling so NOT excited about it. :S But I am happy about one thing. I will be getting my own desk while the others will have to share. Yayyy!!! I love my SH. Hahahaha!!!

So tired… My eyelids are closing on their own. I am yawning my head away… Right. I shall go to sleep soon. After I watch two episodes of Bleach. LOL!!!

I Think I Am Drunk

I got back from my cousin’s place just about an hour ago and my head is still quite dizzy with a bit of an headache but I can still walk straight. God only knows how many glasses of red wine I downed as I did not keep track. Anyway, it was some sort of family gathering for post-CNY and Valentine’s Day. There is so much love in our family. Well, she called for this dinner gathering as she did not invite the family to her place since she moved years ago even once. So, it can be said that was kind of a ‘Welcome to my home’ party.

Dots to myself. Never had such a feeling before. Crap.

Extra note: My Supervisor did not say much that day. Just the usual like what to do and when he will be away. Really nothing much. So, why was I not looking forward to it???

Excited!!!

We must really thank God for Dr. T or else many of us will be burning the midnight oil till Friday morning. Anyway, he extended our assignment dateline to Monday. Yayyy!!! But that does not mean that we can slack right? However, we three girls took a bit of a breather this afternoon (11th Feb., Wed). We lunched at MOS Burger at JP and sat there talk, and talk, and talk… till I nearly doze off… Then, I rally those two lazy bums to go check out some lovely Kimidolls from Precious Thots with me or else we would still be sitting at that fast food joint. Lol. Anyway, it was good that they went with me or else they would not had bought any Valentine’s Day presents for their respective – errm… lovers? Hubbies? Boyfriends? What??? Anyway, you got the idea. So, yeah. They bought stuff from there. By the time I got home, it was almost 6p.m. Great.

I did some more work on my assignment. Halfway through, I was inspired to look for a nice little clip art for the picture to my birthday invite on Facebook. From there, I went to look for pictures of Our Lady of China, which I found a few nice ones, which led me to search for pictures on Our Lady of Japan, which I found many nice ones. Somehow or other, I found out that there are 5 IJ schools in Japan. !!! O MY GOSH!!! Here they are…

Insufficient Sleep

Yawnzzzz…………………………

We had a lovely time through the whole of last night figuring out what to write for our little script. It was only much after midnight when we finally got it done and started to do that “$”$%^&*()(*&^%$£$%^&*?!!!! recording. After so many takes, and with my voice nearly gone, we finally got it done slightly before dawn. Congratulations to us, it was too good to be true.

!”£$%^&^%$£$%^&%$£”$%^&%$£$%^&*&^%$£”£$%^&*&^%$£”!”£$%^&*()*&^%$£”£$%^&*(!!! Confounded, ridiculous assignment!!!

So, we finally hit the sheets at 6.40a.m on 5th Feb. Thurs, after Char had her cereal bar breakfast. We only got up about 6 hours later. How exciting.

O! This girl ah… Her stomach/metabolism rate is too good to be true… She was scavaging for food at 2-3 o’clock in the morning. I gave her a small packet of Roller Coaster potato snacks at about 11p.m., and then a small Mars bar at about 2a.m. and then her own cereal bar at  5+a.m. Dora and her can surely get along very well. And another thing, when we had our writers’ block, we were thinking of going out to 7-11 to buy some snacks. Lol! But we did not because we were good little girls who know that going out so late at night is very dangerous. Some time later, I suggested having a bowl of instant noodles. But we did not because we knew that eating so much carbohydrates and MSG at so late at night is not good for health. But it is OK to eat potato snacks and chocolate bar, especially for Char.

WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA!!!

Right. This is the result of insufficient sleep and brain damage due to overcoming writer’s block. Now, we shall embark on the next journey of this assignment: Submitting the podcast on BlackBoard. Hahahahahahhahahha!

Quick Update

I am feeling slightly happy today because of two reasons.

1. I had sushi (buffet) at the Sakae Sushi branch at NTU. [Like, FINALLY! After so many months since I stepped into the NTU area. ] And Enx was acting so strangely throughout our meal. O! I better go check her blog for any unglam photos she put up of me and Char. You can never know how evil she can be…

2. Enx and I took a trip to the NTU library [first time there!] and used the internet connection there. And… Enx went (camera) trigger happy in there. My gosh! I totally ignored her.

Right now, Char is over at my house to do some pair work for the Communication Skills module. And she is currently happily playing with my mobile phone and being amused by its sounds. I hope it is in good working order after its misstreatment by Ms. Goh. We better start on it soon.

O! I now remember another reason as to why I am feeling slightly happy. It is because I finally watched the last Prince of Tennis OVA. OVA 26!!! Yayyy!!! The episode was so exciting! I feel like reading the manga now. Teehee.
